Dinner Fairy is operated by Altira Ltd, a company registered in Jersey ("Altira", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Dinner Fairy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, and where you use Dinner Fairy on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
Dinner Fairy generates weekly meal plans, recipes and shopping lists using artificial intelligence, based on the household details and preferences you provide. Plans can be saved, shared and delivered by email on a schedule you choose.
Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date. Households can be shared with other people you invite — anyone you invite can see and edit the household's plans and recipes.
You must not:
Meal plans, recipes, nutrition estimates and images are produced automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Allergy, intolerance and dietary settings guide the AI but cannot be guaranteed — always check ingredients and labels yourself before cooking or serving food, particularly where an allergy is involved. Macro and calorie figures are estimates only.
You are responsible for what you enter, for how you use the outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for holding the rights to any content you submit (for example recipes you import). We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts where content is unlawful or breaches these terms. Rights holders can contact us at the address below to request removal of infringing content; repeat infringement leads to account termination.
You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. To the extent we hold rights in generated output, those rights pass to you for your personal or internal use.
Altira Ltd retains ownership of Dinner Fairy, including its software, design, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your chosen plan.
We work to keep Dinner Fairy running well but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Dinner Fairy is offered on a monthly subscription, which renews automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller — see our Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time from your profile; doing so deletes your household, plans and saved recipes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, and the courts of Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction.
